Region: New Mexico
Grape: Chardonnay
Possibly the driest wine we carry. Imagine scorching hot sand on a windy day in the desert and you catch a hint of lemon along the breeze. That is this wine. So freakin' delicious we can't get over it. There was also zero dosage (the secondary addition of sugar in the traditional Champagne Method) which causes this wine to be sharp and, frankly, flawless.
Region: AOC Vouvray - Loire Valley, France
Grape: Chenin Blanc
Full of Golden Apples and Anjou Pears. Gorgeous, dry, and full of flinty goodness. This wine will surprise each and every person at your table.
Region: Eola-Amity Hills AVA - Willamette Valley, OR
Grape: Pinot Noir
Textbook Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. This wine is the perfect balance between dried cherries, brand new leather, and just a hint of clove. Enough tannin to carry out a lovely, long finish. Five stars, would definitely recommend to a friend.
Region: Valpolicella Superiore DOC - Veneto, Italy
Grapes:60% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Croatina, 5% Oseleta
This decadent blend, dominated by Corvina, is full of ripe red plums, dried cranberries, and beautiful texture. The delicate fruit is reinforced by a mouthful of juicy tannins that don’t disappoint. We dare you not to love it.
