This is everything we want from rosé. Brilliant notes of sour cherry coupled with sharp acidity. This wine has real backbone and has quickly become a staff favorite.

Grapes: Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato, Rufete, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Mourisco Tinto
