This Nebbiolo hits you with raspberries, strawberries, and prunes. A more subdued Nebbiolo that's just begging for food. A softer expression from the sandy soils of the Roero, aged in stainless steel and cement.
Harvesting Period: mid to late October (Nebbiolo is usually late to the party!). Grapes are hand harvested, temperature controlled fermentation and maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. Aging occurs in steel tanks and cement for about a year before bottling.
