A lovely salmon color this sparkling rosé Cava has vibrant fruit and refreshing acidity. Red fruits, ripe tangerine and raspberry pervade with subtle toast. Secondary notes include rose petals and spice. Concentrated with soft mouthfeel! Wonderful by itself, or with seafood and briny cheeses.
