Year after year we see more femme faces making a splash in the wine industry and for all the right reasons. Women really do it better. Filipa Pato, Judith Beck, Christina Netzl, Jessica Pellegrini, Chiara Condello, Lidia Carbonetti, Bee Maloof, they’re just the tip of the iceberg.
This March we celebrate women from every corner of the industry. Winemakers, restauratrices, and women like Hanna Lauerman who are on the restaurant floor every night making sure each of her guests has the enjoyable experience we’ve all come to expect at haley.henry thanks to owner Haley Fortier. There’s just something about sitting in a restaurant owned by a woman, run by a woman, drinking wine made by women where you can enjoy a gourmet hot dog and a salty pét-nat every Wednesday evening. P.s. if you haven’t done Weiner Wednesday at hh you are missing out.
