James Beard Award winning Chef Karen Akunowicz oversees a team devoted to hospitality and authentic Italian cuisine. Along with Kristie Weiss and Sarah MacIsaac, they bring unforgettable experiences to their guests while pouring amazing wine that are incredible representations of their regions.   • Ercole, Monferrato Bianco - Light bodied & polished. Fresh pineapple, honeydew rind, clementines.  The audacity... This wine is full of minerality and sunshine. Cin cin! Pair with F&K Kale Panzanella, Fresh Buratta.
  • La Spinetta, Il Rosé Di Casanova- Medium bodied & punchy. Sun dried tomato, sea salt. Such a meaty rosé. Wild strawberries and Maldon salt all day. Let's get a cheeseburger. Pair with F&K Sunchoke Tortelli, Spaghetti con Vongole 
  • Vino Lauria, Zio Paolo- Medium bodied & grippy. Baked strawberry, white pepper, balsamic. Beautifully sanguine Nero d'Avola that never lets go. Time for a trip to Sicily. Pair with F&K Pappardelle d'Antra, Grilled Octopus
  • CantinArte, Ode Montepulciano d'Abruzzo - Full bodied & warming. Molasses, Morello cherries, fennel. This fruit is so friendly. The comforting earthiness of Abruzzo has us hypnotized. Pair with F&K Tagliatelle Bolognese, Osso Buco.
