Curated by Deborah Hansen of Taberna de Haro
Chef, Owner, Sommelier

*Deliveries start April 13th*

The warm and cozy atmosphere of Taberna de Haro is unlike any other restaurant. It’s difficult to hide your biases when you're writing about one of your favorite restaurants. But for someone who grew up eating many of the same foods that Deborah Hansen features on her menu it’s tough not to be transported back into my grandmother’s kitchen every time a new plate arrives in front of me.

Now, the real excitement comes from perusing the wine list. Deborah focuses on smaller winemakers who prioritize sustainable practices in their vineyards, which result in pristine wines. She’s picked out four of them for you this month. An impossibly chic Viura, Txakoli with absolute cracking acidity, a Valencian blend that reminds of Beaujolais, and of course a little Rioja. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
