The Coziest Corner in Cambridge: A Step into Vincent's

CURATED BY MARIANA MORENO, VINCENT'S
WINE DIRECTOR

*DELIVERIES BEGIN JANUARY 10TH*

Let’s hold hands and walk slowly into this new year everyone, no sudden moves. It’s time to relax after the holidays and pop a bottle for yourself. January is for comfy nights in and sipping wine by the fire, the Netflix fireplace definitely counts.

Luckily, we have the new Vincent’s new Wine Director, Mariana Moreno, to ease us into 2022. If there’s one thing Mariana knows how to do it’s pour the right wine at the right moment. Let her guide you through Portugal, Spain, and her favorite wine region, France. Each of her choices is more interesting than the next. You’ll find yourself wandering into Cambridge for Braised Lamb Tacos and the Smoked Duck Torta before you know it.

  • Filipa Pato, Dinamica Branco – Light & delicate. Honeysuckle, orange blossom, macadamia. Delicate, mineral-driven, & so pretty. This wine reminds us of warm summer nights. Pair with Vincent's Tempura Octopus.
  • LaOsa, El Mismo – Medium bodied, such a hip wine. Smashed black raspberries, barnyard, beef stew. Step onto the farm everybody. Cheeky, chalky tannins make this perfect for food. Pair with Vincent's Crispy Confit Pork Ribs.
  • Lamé Delisle Boucard, Cuvée Déchainée – Medium bodied & so alluring. Cherry chapstick, No. 2 pencil, Dr. Pepper. We could sniff this wine all day. These smooth tannins that require creamy cheese. Pair with Vincent's Masa Gnocchi Pairsienne or the El Camino Tacos.
  • Paul Barre, Leeloo – Full bodied & serious. Molasses, banana bread, RC Cola. Bittersweet chocolate, a little grip, and a slightly funky finish. More Merlot please. Would pair perfectly with Vincent's Whole Roasted Pheasant or Smoked Brisket Tacos.
