Hi everyone, its Jyoti! I always let Chelsie handle all the literature for Upper Glass but since she is curating this month I have to take the opportunity to talk about how awesome she is. Chelsies self-given title is “VP of Tasting Notes” , it seems silly but all of you who read our monthly booklets & editorials understand how Chelsie’s writing makes everything so magical.

Wine can feel very intimidating to many people. Chelsie has a way of talking about wine in a very welcoming & down to earth way. Wine does not need to be pretentious, it should be fun & easy to enjoy for everyone! • Casa de Saima, Espumante Blanc de Blancs- Light bodied and stinging. Racy, briny, such delicious bubbles. Toasty, salty, and sophisticated. These bubbles are such a dream.
• Loersch, Glimmerschiefer - Light and flirtatious. Clean, incredibly balanced, finish is dry. Absolutely charming. This coquettish Riesling knows exactly what she's doing. 
• Villa Creek, Cherry House Red - Medium bodied and unwavering. Perfectly weighty, too easy to drink. The bold, red lip of blends. Juicy, grippy, always has you coming back for more.
• Lano Gianluigi, Lanot Rosso - Full bodied and elegant. Brooding, herbaceous, so generous. Effortlessly chic with firm tannins. This Rosso will stare you down.
