In Brief: On the nose you have a little café au last and cherry cola. On the palate there's some wild cherry and unripe raspberry that will no doubt relax with time, as will the tight texture we get here. While concentrated, the body of this wine isn't as robust as its hue might suggest. There is a lot of acidity which gives us hope that this bottle will be safe in our cellars for the next decade.
